I designed engaging web and mobile experiences for the Atmos Rewards Loyalty Program, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into intuitive, visually cohesive UI designs. In addition, I led the creation of a reusable pictograph library, establishing visual consistency and improving design efficiency across multiple touchpoints.
I designed webpages by selecting and customizing appropriate design system components, collaborating with web producers to extend existing elements and address gaps in the system. When components were unavailable, I adopted updated designs and integrated new components.
Beyond visual design, I led the development of a new illustration style for the brand’s pictographs, elevating them to convey a more luxurious and premium aesthetic. The system features two line weights: a thicker line to define primary shapes and a thinner line to add detail. It was intentionally kept monochromatic to enable scalability, streamline production, and encourage team contributions. This approach allowed me to complete the full library within two weeks.
I animated status upgrade moments to celebrate guests as they reach new milestones. Since status upgrades occur less frequently, I wanted those experiences to feel extra special — with more sparkle and shine.
